"Felt like I was being ignored"
I tried contacting customer service twice about my booking and, honestly... I never really got a proper answer. One response came way too late and didn’t even address what I asked. It was just frustrating... like no one was actually paying attention.

"It was an okay visit overall, but..."
It was an okay visit overall, but the place just didn’t feel that clean. The floors looked dusty, the bathrooms weren’t great, and it kind of kept bothering me the whole time. I don’t need everything to be perfect, but for the price, I expected it to be cleaner and better kept. It just felt like it needed a proper clean, especially the bathrooms

"Membership perks just didn’t feel worth it"
I signed up mainly for the discounts, but the benefits ended up feeling limited. When it came time to renew, the price just didn’t make much sense for us. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the perks if they expect people to keep paying for it.

The kids had a good time overall, so I can’t complain too much, but it did feel kind of pricey for what it was. One thing that annoyed me was how unclear it was who actually owns or runs the place, when we had questions, it wasn’t obvious who was responsible for what. Not a bad family outing, just not perfect

"Doesn’t feel like a real property preservation experience"
I don’t know why, but this just doesn’t come across like it’s based on an actual customer experience. For something related to property preservation, I’d expect real details about the work, the condition of the property, communication, timing, or how issues were handled. Without that, it feels too vague and not very helpful

"The info felt a bit confusing to me"
I had to go back and reread the emails a couple of times because, at least from my point of view, the details weren’t laid out very clearly. I eventually got the general idea, but it could’ve been a lot easier to follow.

"Honestly, not the most comfortable ride"
I booked the tram thinking it would be an easy, relaxed way to see Cape May, but it was uncomfortable. The seats were hard and cramped, and there really wasn’t much leg room.

The ride was bumpier than I expected, and after a while my back started hurting. It might be fine for a quick ride, but for a full tour, i wouldn’t book it again.

I used capemaymac.org to look up tours and events, and it did have the details I needed. The site was just a little clunky on my phone, so it took a bit more tapping around than I expected. Booking worked out fine in the end, but the process could be a bit smoother.

"Parking was honestly a bit embarrassing"
The event itself was alright, but the parking situation really threw me off. There wasn’t much clear info on where we were supposed to go, so we ended up driving around for way too long looking for a spot. I felt kind of embarrassed because I was the one who told everyone it would be easy to get there, and then we still had to walk far. For what we paid, I really expected the whole thing to be a lot smoother.

"Am I missing something, or could the crowds be managed better?"
I had a decent time overall, but am I missing something with how the crowds were handled? The lines got a little confusing, and a few areas felt way too packed. The staff were friendly and trying their best, but they seemed overwhelmed. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt like the organization could use some work.

It was a really nice special event overall... I had a good time. The only thing was the crowd, the lines started getting long after a while, so that slowed things down a bit. Still, it was a fun experience.

"Nice staff, but the wording felt a bit misleading"
The staff at Cape May MAC were really friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone we dealt with was polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to answer questions, so that part definitely made the visit more comfortable.

But overall, the experience was just okay for me. I also felt like some of the wording made it sound a little more exciting or impressive than it actually was, which was kind of disappointing once we got there. Nothing was terrible, but it didn’t really stand out much beyond the nice staff.

"Pretty easy to use, once you poke around a little"
I used capemaymac.org to look up tour times and ticket info, it was mostly simple to navigate. Most of the information was where you’d expect it to be, which was nice — always a pleasant surprise when a website doesn’t make you work too hard. A few pages did feel a bit cluttered, and I had to click around more than I would’ve liked, but apparently that’s just part of the experience. Nothing that completely ruined it, though. Overall, it got the job done and I’d use it again.

"Pretty easy to get tickets"
Got my tickets really fast and didn’t run into any problems. it was nice not having to deal with the kind of confusing checkout stuff some ticket sites seem to sneak in
